Dr.. Knika Sethi

Dr.. Sethi is a full-time Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon at Buffalo Oral Surgery Specialists. Born and raised in Toronto, she completed her undergraduate studies at York University, majoring in Biology. She then obtained her DDS from NYU in 2016, with specialization tracts in Oral Pathology, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and received several academic awards. She completed her Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at Carle Foundation Hospital, a level 1 trauma center in Illinois. During her residency, Dr.. Sethi was a part-time associate clinical professor at the Carle Illinois College of Medicine. She was heavily involved in research and completed rotations in Anesthesia, Cirugía General, Cuidados intensivos, Otorrinolaringología, Plastic Surgery, and Neurosurgery. Dr.. Sethi is trained in full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery including trauma, head and neck oncology, cleft lip and palate, and jaw surgery. She has a specific interest in dentoalveolar surgery and implants to restore form and function. Her co-workers and patients describe her as kind, compasivo, driven, and focused.

When she is not operating, Dr.. Sethi enjoys planning her wedding, spending time with her family, cooking, and lifting weights. She enjoys community outreach and mentoring students. She feels privileged to serve the community of Buffalo and looks forward to providing her patients with excellent and safe care.
