For a patient’s convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Our goal is to provide the most exceptional care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless you’ve made other arrangements in advance. We work with most insurance plans. If you have dental coverage and we’ve obtained prior authorization, only your expected contribution is due the day of surgery. Please note that any variance might result in you receiving a statement for an outstanding balance or a credit if we’ve overcharged you. We do offer arrangements for monthly payment plans which require prior approval before the delivery of a procedure.
Please remember that patients are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
