Scheduling
If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you as soon as possible.
If you need to be scheduled we need the following items prior to scheduling you for any procedure.
1) Fill out Patient Registration Form
2) Have your dentist send a referral and any recent X-Rays
3) Double check to insure we accept your dental insurance
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Drs. Chen, Levine, Bracci, Rifkind, Schulenberg, Sultan, Akbari and Sethi provide many types of oral surgery services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
